Aug 16, 2016 · I have heard that this is a very cold-sensitive variety, unfortunately, and so far doesn't seem as productive as some. Nevertheless, it is not a late fig like a lot of primo greenish figs with red pulp, and the taste is top-notch. You may only view thumbnails in this gallery. This gallery has 3 photos.

Nov 22, 2020 · In the fig community its a not a new phenomena that one starts to collect many fig varieties. What is quite new in is the hyping and rebranding of figs to take advantage of this collection culture. The hyping is conducted over superficial reviews on youtube, inflates the prices for that type (this guys are influencers more than gardeners).

More simply, figs taste like various berry and fruit jams or assorted sugar and honey gels, sometimes with a molasses, resinous edge. 'Italian Honey' & 'Emerald Strawberry' & 'Jelly' & 'Sugar fig' - some of the names describe the taste, texture, and more.
